We stayed in room 52, and the owner, Randall Richardson, was very easy to work with. Rental went smoothly, easy to get key and parking pass.

Nice place to stay.

2 bedrooms, 2 baths. First bedroom sleeps 2 people in a king, 2nd bedroom has 3 beds, a full, and bunks with a full on the bottom, twin on the top. Groundskeeper lives onsite. We saw him cleaning the pool each day, and keeping everything neat and tidy, even with Mother Nature giving him all she had.

Great location, right on the beach. Staff is wonderfully kind and helpful with finding food, room maintenance, and just politeness altogether. They have a great pool (towels are supplied), and the entire area is awesome. No smoking or pets are allowed, which can be good or bad depending on the person. Rooms are comfy and well-cleaned. I loved it, and will definitely return next time I come to Orange Beach!

Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. Super cheap for being right on the beach!! With shops and restaurants all around it. Rooms was small but that wasn't a problem since we were there for the beach and not the room. Queen size beds were full size... hard to sleep with two adults.. like that you actually had beach towels on hand for the pool the biggest complaint would be the common area rooms lobby hallways and elevators very hot I shouldn't have worked up a sweat before I go outside

Condo was roomy. I am tall, so the shower head could have been higher for better comfort, but truly pleasant otherwise for a condo on the beach. Room for all 4 adults out on the balcony, so that was a plus. There were only 3 chairs out there, but we improvised. Easy to get to the luggage carts, cleaning person was very nice, elevator ran smoothly. It was very very cold outside, so not many people out and about. Only warning I really have is that when the wind picks up, your car and you (if you are in the parking lot) will be pelted with bits of construction debris coming from the in-progress building next door.

Visit during off peck season. It was quite and beautiful. Little to cold for the pool, but was clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and motivated. However, at time of visit there was remodeling being done on a few of the floors. The worst was the dust. The construction crew was polite and tried to be as quiet and accommodating as possible. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Can't wait to see the remodeled rooms as the old ones are a bit out dated. Still very nice.

Very nice staff. Cozy room with a great bed and nice view. Could have done with a little more water pressure, but the shower was spacious so I'm happy. Close to everything.
