Dirty and old. Friendly and helpful staff made the stay tolerable. The building itself is simply old. The beds were comfortable. The bathtub had a rusty drain and a dirty removable bath mat. I will not stay here again.
Beautiful view of the ocean. Extremely friendly staff. Every employee, we encountered, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice place! We had a gulf front room with a balcony and it was nice. Room was clean and bed slept great. Good location too.
We had a great time here. The pool is nice and heated. The breakfast was okay for being free. Easy and quick access to the beach. Friendly staff, nice bathrooms. Nothing really to complain about.
Bad: Old hotel in need of renovation. Many repairs needed. Room was dirty. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but people smoke on the balconies including the room that I had as there was ashes in the corner of the balcony.
