Good vet, honest & helpful but they won't help if you don't have the money...
Horrible communication skills. Had a problem with a overcharge on vet billing . Dr and Office and office manager would not return call.Had to deal with a young girl that gave no help. Will not return have 4 dogs all rescue. Just moved to Orange Beach have been here 9 mo. First Bad experience with anyone in the Orange Beach area. I have 3 veterinarians in Daphne I have used over the years no problems. I wanted to keep my business local because I love the area and people. This is not just about the money it's ethics and integrity . I Do Not recommend this Veterinary. Customer Beware.
We had a wonderful experience at this Veterinary hospital while on vacation in Alabama. Dr Brown cared so well for our small and very sick kitten, and the staff was incredibly caring and friendly. Thanks so much!
Very friendly, compassionate, and was so easy to get animal out and take for family to visit and play. Returning was effortless, allowing children to take him back and play with animals up for adoption.
The whole office is kind and compassionate. I just moved here a few months ago and was referred to Dr Brown. He has taken care of both of my dogs and I just love him. The girls in the office called me for several days after my little one was hurt. Very professional.
