This place is the best! Just got married on Orange Beach, and people thought my bouquet was fake because it was so beautiful and perfect. Incredible prices and owner is willing to go above and beyond to make your day just right. Highly recommended!!
Cannot say enough good things! Kayla, while in the midst of preparing a large order for a funeral, took the time to humor my request - me, located in New England, wanting to surprise a dear friend from Kentucky, who was vacationing with her extended family in a beach rental in Fort Morgan Alabama... The beach rental was nearly 30 miles away and directions to get there were sketchy at best. The day of delivery had thunderstorms and pouring rain. But, Kayla found a window to deliver, found the house to deliver to, and my friend and family were blown away by the stunningly gorgeous arrangement! What can one say - you live for moments of surprises like this! Thank you Kayla.... My friend sent me pictures and it was indeed beautiful!! Can I get you to deliver to Kentucky? New England too?
The customer service was exemplary! I live across the state and wanted a local florist to deliver fresh flowers the same day to a friend who lost her mother. I was able to describe what I was looking for within a reasonable price range. I received an image of the flower arrangement from my friend and it was simply stunning!! I can tell that a lot of care and precision when into the arrangement. I would definitely recommend this florist shop to anyone!
I called from out is state around closing time to order an arrangement to be delivered asap. Kayla was very sweet, personable & patient. She stayed on the phone with me until we decided on the perfect arrangement. She also sent me a pic before it was delivered & it was absolutely gorgeous! What she described was amazing, but seeing the pic far surpassed my expectations! To find out, Kayla actually delivered the arrangement herself. Talk about customer service! Top notch! Whenever I need another florist in the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach or Perdido area, All Island Flowers will be my very 1st choice!
Very easy to deal with. I had to call back multiple times to make sure everything was in order (through no fault of AIF). They even took a special request to pick up the favorite candy of who I was sending the flowers to instead of a box of chocolates. Best service I've had from any kind of company in quite some time. Highly recommended.
