While they do quality work, the idea of charging $99 for 4gb of ram is outrageous. Might be something businesses would pay, but to the average consumer that's obnoxious. You can buy that for $30 online.
Thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop. Thankfully, CBi removed a virus, replaced a driver and updated it; "miraculously" putting my 5 yr. old 17" HP computer back in working order! VERY happy with the prompt and friendly service.
